CADET PROGRAM
The F AIR flight training center in collaboration with the SMARTWINGS airline is launching a brand new CADET PROGRAM with a guarantee of an invitation to the selection process at the airline for participants.
This program has been designed for applicants who are interested in obtaining a professional pilot's license and job opportunities with SMARTWINGS airline.
The goal of this program is to provide efficient and highly-qualified ATPL(A) training, including specific knowledge and skills necessary for seamless integration into the SMARTWINGS airline.

This program has been designed for all applicants with both zero and any previous flight experience

Entry requirements for the program:

Age 17 and above

English language skills at B2 level according to the European Framework of Reference (no certificates required)

EASA first-class medical certificate (we will be happy to assist you in obtaining the medical examination)

This program is designed for applicants with no previous flight experience or with experience maximum up to level PPL (A)
About Program:
The Cadet program starts with the selection of suitable candidates.
The training begins with theoretical instruction, which then runs parallel with practical flight training in both integrated ATPL and modular courses. Throughout the training, students take ATPL theory exams gradually and finally, at the end of the training, practical CPL/IR/MEP exams in the aircraft (based on the type of program).
After successful completion of the course, the applicant will obtain a Commercial Pilot License CPL(A) with MEP/IR(A) qualifications and ATPL(A) theory (ATPL(A) frozen), AUPRT, and MCC certificates. This Commercial Pilot License, together with the above-mentioned qualifications and certificates, allows the holder to apply for a pilot job at the airline.
The training takes place by the operational requirements of Smartwings and under the supervision of a professional guarantee and instructors approved by Smartwings, who directly participate in the program.
Participants in this program will receive a guarantee of an invitation to the selection process for the First Officer position upon completion of ATPL training.
An additional part of the program is:

MCC (Multi-Crew Cooperation training) on the Boeing 737 simulator.

Coordination of the dates for final exams with the CAA.

Preparation for the selection process for the F/O position at Smartwings.

Additional professional preparation:

Observer flights in the cockpit of SMARTWINGS aircraft.

Excursions in various types of operation (planning, operational department, aircraft maintenance and service, etc.).

Professional excursions (Air Traffic Control and Prague Airport Smartwings workstations - handling, check-in, cargo, baggage management, etc.)

Professional lessons and presentations led by significant figures from the aviation industry.

Method of financing:
The participant pays for the entire cost of the training. Financing of the training can be carried out with the help of a product from Komercni banka for Czech and Slovak participants.
The payment of the training fee is split into seven installments spread throughout its course.
This program does not include type rating on the Boeing 737.
